The Role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in Ballina, NSW.
Roster: Wednesday - Sunday shifts available. No night shifts/split shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing & presenting food for our residents
- Stock ordering, rotation, merchandising & stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Ongoing Menu Development & Refinement
- Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
- Preparing texture-modified foods
Your Background:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Warm & friendly energy
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
- Ability to work independently
- Trade Certification required
