Tasks
About the Role
As an Administration Support / Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our clinic. You will:
Champion Client Acquisition:
Confidently connect with potential clients and referral sources to showcase the value of our services
Skillfully convert inquiries into appointments, guiding individuals towards the support they need
Contribute to the development and execution of impactful sales strategies
Track sales metrics and identify areas for optimization
Elevate the Client Experience:
Be a welcoming presence, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client journey
Efficiently manage appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate client records with the utmost confidentiality
Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement
Contribute to a positive and organized clinic environment
Requirements

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification or equivalent
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, within the healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software
Up-to-date A Working with Children Check (WWC) and Australian National Police Check
