In this multifaceted role, you will be the heart and soul of our Company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration support to ensure a smooth operation for the sales team.

Your excellent communication skills and upbeat personality will shine as you greet our customers, handle inquiries, and assist them in locating the products they're looking for. Beyond front-desk duties, you'll also have the opportunity to support our team with various administrative tasks, including managing stock levels and processing transactions. We believe in fostering a welcoming and positive environment for both our staff and customers, and as a Reception All Rounder, you will play a crucial role in maintaining that atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and warmly welcome customers as they enter the store.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
Handle phone calls and manage messages effectively.
Process Payments accurately and efficiently.
Perform administrative tasks such as order processing, booking deliveries & Chasing up customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and front area of the store.
Help out Staff if needed. Support the sales team where needed.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in online sales and / or retail or customer service role preferred.
Proficiency in computer systems and handling payments
A friendly, approachable demeanor that creates a welcoming environment.
