Kirinari Community Services have an exciting opportunity for a team member to undertake a full time role as Roster Coordinator within our Community Department.
The role is full time, 76 hours per fortnight, between 7am-5pm -Monday -Friday rotating roster flexibility may be considered.

About The Role
Administer all staff rosters that enable an effective balance to be achieved between optimising staffing efficiency, maximising staff satisfaction and consideration of customer choice Ensure appropriate and accurate data entry, manage customer data and report on system discrepancies Ensure short notice absences are responded to in a timely and cost-effective manner Identify unplanned changes to rosters and flag patterns to Rostering Coordinator Team Leader and Community Services Team Leader Ensure the roster is complete and available to staff in a timely manner that meets the industrial requirements through the Kirinari Community Services Enterprise Agreements Ensure appropriate compatibility of staff with customers inclusive of required training, qualifications and Working with Children Checks Process support workers timesheets in a timely manner Regularly review staff allocation to identify and recommend contract variances, house allocations and any issues Undertake administrative activities related to managing the roster, including but not limited to inputting and updating staff details, availability preferences and processing leave Liaise regularly with the HR Team to discuss staffing capacity, recruitment and any issues that affects service delivery Liaise regularly with the Senior Rostering Coordinator to discuss customer and support worker issues Effectively use the implemented technology (Procura, Office 365) and identify further training or support required Manage the respective coordinator inbox to ensure quick responses to staff, hiring managers and other departments ensuring tasks are actioned/allocated within 24 hours
