Part-Time Personal Assistant to General Manager

Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a dynamic role in a beautiful golf club environment? We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to support the General Manager in various administrative and operational tasks.
About the Role:
This is a part-time position (3 days per week) where you’ll act as the GM’s right-hand person , assisting with a variety of duties to keep the club running smoothly. Training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped for the role.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Handling administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Assisting with event coordination and club operations.
- Managing schedules, bookings, and communication.
- Helping with day-to-day problem-solving and projects.
- General office duties and hands-on support where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Common sense & initiative – you anticipate needs and solve problems
- Attention to detail – accuracy is key
- Happy to take direction but also able to work independently
- Reliable & flexible
- Strong communication skills
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) required or willingness to obtain
- Driver’s license preferred – some errands or offsite tasks may be required
