About the role…The Graphic Design Manager is responsible for the delivery of creative design solutions with high visual impact to support Caruso’s Natural Health in achieving its communication objectives. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and design trends and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.You will manage a team of 4 graphic designers output and timelines, ensuring the internal design team delivers high-quality artworks within pre-determined deadlines.
What you will do….Lead the internal graphic design team, providing guidance and feedback to support the production of high-quality artworks within the specified timelinesCollaborate with internal brief owners to ensure understanding of artwork project requirements before the graphic team is engaged in productionDevelop and implement design guidelines, standards and processes to maintain brand identity and enable the seamless production of visual assetsSupport key stakeholders in the marketing department to deliver on the brand strategy by designing labels, product visual assets, point of sale materials, sell-in materials, advertisements, training materials and digital marketing assetsPlay an active role in the maintenance of the website, producing design elements and managing content as directedProduce and/or manage the production of videos, photography, audio and graphic assets Contribute to the creation and application of a high-quality brand visual identityDeliver high-quality, mistake-free assets, always making sure and copy and design are compliant and approved by the appropriate people Commit to achieving quality outcomes and adapt to a changing environmentActively work as a team, valuing diversity and recognising different expertise and perspectivesEnsure workplace performance reflects the company’s Values and Behaviours

To be successful in this role, you need:3 + years of demonstrated experience in a similar Graphic Design Manager roleCreative Cloud suite proficiency and experience in html design Offset and Digital Pre-press knowledge Ability to visualise packaging / POS concepts to a high standardAnimation, photography and videography skills are favourable but not essentialExcellent typographical skillsA strong eye to detail and a willingness to deliver and take on constructive feedback are essentialImpeccable organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbalA passion for collaboration and sharing of ideas, while also being comfortable to work autonomouslyAbility to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving abilities, manage workflows and meet deadlinesProven experience working with external digital agencies on larger scale projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changeA curious and open mindset with proven problem solving skills and a can-do and positive attitudeA demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning
