The Role
The Client Service Manager plays a key role in supporting our brokers and ensuring a smooth loan process from application to settlement. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing loan applications and liaising with lenders
- Supporting brokers with documentation and compliance requirements
- Communicating with clients to ensure a seamless loan process
- Handling settlements and post-settlement administration
- Assist in executing social media and marketing operations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in broker support within a brokerage or a background in banking support/credit
- A strong understanding of the loan process, including applications, approvals, and settlements
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
