The Opportunity – Make Your Mark!

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team to deliver exceptional customer service sales outcomes for the branch. Reporting to NSW Branch Network Supervisor, key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the overall performance of the branch by ensuring exceptional customer service and sales targets are met
  • Lead, coach and development a small team to effectively perform their roles in customer service and sales
  • Ensure the branch adheres to all standards and procedures, including merchandising and safety standards
  • Implementation of all risk and compliance policies and procedures


Who You Are

We’re seeking a results-driven, passionate professional who is ready to take on a high-impact role. You’ll bring:

  • Proven track record in a similar role in the banking/financial services industry
  • A passion for delivering customer service and drive to hit sales targets
  • Strong ability to coach and development employees
  • Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
