Service Today delivers premium quality residential Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Cooling services to valued customers across residential areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.
Becoming a part of our Customer Service Team, you will be a valued member of Service Today and will be surrounded by a friendly, supportive and social team. Within this position you will act as the first point of contact with our valued customers and your responsibility will include building initial company impressions, establishing trust and exceeding customer service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via telephone, email and web chat platforms
- Initiate accurate customer bookings within our system in a timely manner
- Liaise with other departments within the company to promptly resolve customer queries
- Build knowledge about services we provide and assist valued customers make the best decision

- Availability to work Monday - Friday (Full Time 40 hour week)
- Immediate Start Available
- Strong attention to detail and proficient time management
