We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager to join a leading Real Estate business located in Brisbane's northside.What you can look forward to be is being welcomed into a wonderful and supportive team who are highly respected and well known within the area.
This role is Monday to Friday, and you will receive loads of admin and out of office support plus enjoy a competitive remuneration package + super + use of company car's.
About the Role:
You will be a part of a high-performing team, managing Property Management functions and ensuring compliance.
No day will be the same and duties will be varied in this fast-paced and supportive team.
- Portfolio management with a supportive team structure in place
- No leasing or trust accounting required!
- Parking onsite
- Up to $100,000 + Super + use of car's
- Highly supportive & positive culture
- Team lunches & events
- Direct experience within Property Management as well as someone who is honest, trustworthy, and dependable
- Valid QLD certificate of registration
- Takes initiative and is self-motivated
- Works well with others and contributes positively
- Leadership Qualities – Takes responsibility and inspires others
- Confident ability with portfolio management within Property Management
- Professional personal presentation
