Purely Monday – Friday in this role you will have support with compliance, trust accounts, new business, administration and leasing. Managing a portfolio of 160 residential properties you will be responsible for:
- Arrears management
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections
- Prepare and issue inspection reports
- Repairs and maintenance
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Bond and insurance claims
- Onboard new tenants and managements
- Experience managing a residential portfolio
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- A current Real Estate License
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Highly customer service focused
