About the Role:
As the Store Manager , you will lead your team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and effectively manage store operations. Responsibilities include inventory management, team rostering, recruitment, training, and performance development. Your passion for delivering excellence, alongside your hands-on leadership style, will ensure continued store success and team satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous store management experience highly regarded but not essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet sales budgets and KPIs
- Willingness and enthusiasm to become a product expert
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with retail computer systems and inventory management
- Motivated, positive, and solutions-focused mindset
