We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to join our team at Cricks Nambour, which is one of our top performing Finance & Insurance locations. The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional, who has exceptional work ethic and a strong client focus.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Self-motivated and financially driven.
  • Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.
  • The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.
  • Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.
  • Confident computer skills.
  • Era and DealerCell experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow up of all enquiries / leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales.
  • Achieving targets and KPI’s in relation to the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to dealership clients.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our customers.
  • Accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met
