About You
You should have 5-7 years of post-admission experience, with a particular focus on Intellectual Property and Technology-related matters.

A self-starter with a solution-oriented approach, you possess strong technical legal expertise, excellent drafting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

You will be able to work independently, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility to meet client needs. With highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, you will be a team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team with like-minded individuals.


Your Role
In this position, you will work closely with our experienced partners, focusing on:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on various IT-related matters, encompassing procurement, commercial contracts, intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, including software licensing agreements, service level agreements, and data processing agreements.
  • Offer expert guidance on privacy and data protection legislation.
  • Represent clients in dispute resolution pertaining to technology-related issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and legal developments in information technology and cybersecurity law.
You will be actively involved in business development, client management, and mentoring junior staff, in addition to providing legal advice.
