About You
You should have 5-7 years of post-admission experience, with a particular focus on Intellectual Property and Technology-related matters.
A self-starter with a solution-oriented approach, you possess strong technical legal expertise, excellent drafting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
You will be able to work independently, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility to meet client needs. With highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, you will be a team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team with like-minded individuals.
Your Role
In this position, you will work closely with our experienced partners, focusing on:
- Provide legal counsel to clients on various IT-related matters, encompassing procurement, commercial contracts, intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, including software licensing agreements, service level agreements, and data processing agreements.
- Offer expert guidance on privacy and data protection legislation.
- Represent clients in dispute resolution pertaining to technology-related issues.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and legal developments in information technology and cybersecurity law.
