Mendi Constructions is a well-established civil construction company with over 65 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects across North Queensland. We are currently seeking a Site Administrator and a Contracts Administrator to join our team in Townsville.

Site Administrator
About the Role:
As a Site Administrator , you will support the project team by managing site documentation, ensuring compliance, and assisting with reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organised individual who enjoys working in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage site office documentation
- Ensure all quality documentation is completed and filed correctly
- Assist with drafting and reviewing site reports and compliance documents
- Support site processes, procedures, and project reporting
- Perform general administrative duties to support the project team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience , preferably in civil construction
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Contracts Administrator
About the Role:
As a Contracts Administrator , you will be responsible for contract management, subcontractor coordination, and assisting with tenders. This role is suited to someone with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and submitting tenders and EOI documentation
- Evaluate and manage subcontractor agreements and compliance
- Monitor contract documentation, reporting, and milestone tracking
- Maintain vendor databases and negotiate contract terms
- Support management with contract administration and risk assessment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, or project support
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to review contracts, manage documents, and track project milestones
- Experience in the civil construction industry is highly regarded
