Contracts Administrator
Our client a global industry leader in designing, manufacturing and installation of modular buildings have an exciting opportunity for a contracts administrator to join their vibrant Townsville team.
If you have demonstrated contracts administration experience, are outcome focused, have the ability to multi task, foster meaningful relationships and contribute to project coordination from concept through to execution. Then we want to hear from you!

About the role:
  • Responsible for coordinating, planning, project delivery through to contract execution
  • Coordination and liaison with all stakeholders including customer, suppliers, internal departments and government organisations.
  • Managing mobilisation and logistics of fleet, fleet inspections and ownership of relevant spreadsheets
  • Control of fleet administration including registers, fleet additions, unit controls, stocktake reporting and financial reconciliation.
  • Participate in project risk and opportunity reviews on a minimum monthly frequency that are relevant to assigned subcontracts
  • Financial recording management and cost control
  • Setting up supplier accounts and managing related compliance

The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Previous project Contract Administration experience in building and civil construction, with the ability to review and manage contract terms and deliverables
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Energetic and outcome focused
  • Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Be customer-focused in alignment with our commitment to delivering projects to an exceptional standard.
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
