Contract to 12/09/25 with potential extensions In this role you will: Assess change impacts and develop and implement plans Identify key stakeholders, conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness Develop stakeholder engagement plans Develop transition strategies & plans Training requirements Establish the Change & Training plans Develop the training plan and facilitate training efforts before and during deployments Design, develop & implement training materials as required Identify stakeholder training requirements & conduct, evaluate and continually review training across the organisation Additional Responsibilities Integration of Change Management activities into the project plan Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Track and report relevant issues that may arise throughout the lifecycle of the project The essential requirements for this role are: A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Demonstrated minimum 5+ years’ experience in change management roles, including creation & implementation of structured change (government and/or unionised environment experience is beneficial) Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to comfortably engage with end users & project teams Demonstrated experience in developing digital training materials Communication strategies and plans contributing to the successful delivery of ICT projects Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects involving significant business change Demonstrated experience participating in project delivery teams comprising a mix of employees, contractors and implementation partners Ability and experience to perform with tight deliverable timeframes
