A long term employment opportunity . Haulmark is seeking a Branch Manager for our Brisbane facilities focused on semi-trailer manufacturing. Haulmark’s success over 60 years is building the best semi-trailer to meet its customers’ requirements, then providing whole of life support. Haulmark is an industry leader in transport solutions and has a network of branches supporting our customers in Brisbane, Townsville, Adelaide and Darwin.
Essential Criteria
• Proven management experience
• High level of understanding and experience within a manufacturing discipline
• Track record within large employee management and leadership
• Fiscal management, reporting and achievement
• Results driven, customer focus and an understanding of brand integrity
Desired Criteria
• Strong hands on experience in the manufacturing industry
• Exposure to the transport sector
• Understanding of engineering and design
Required:
1. Develop, execute and drive business targets in accordance with set KPI’s
2. Manage within fiscal disciplines and provide accuracy of reporting
3. Lead and manage a diverse employment base focused on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, adherence to Quality Assurance, Work Health and Safety and employee wellbeing
4. Work cooperatively with other branches to achieve production strategies
5. Ensure strict compliance with Haulmark policies and procedures
