About The Role
Seeking an experienced Network Security Architect for a prestigious government client in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee network and security architecture principles, designs, and foundational platform integration.Collaborate with executives, ICT Portfolio Management, and other stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience in network and security design architecture, with proven expertise in designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions and network security technologies.Strong understanding of public cloud networks, data backup/storage, security domains, proxy, DNS, directories, and local/enterprise firewall infrastructure services.Demonstrated ability to consult, negotiate, and influence a broad cross-section of stakeholders.Experience in large complex organizations, preferably within government bodies.Familiarity with Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture (QGEA) network design standards and guidelines.Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Role will close on 12th February
