About the role
Move Mobility is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Retail Specialist to join our team at Move Robina. As a full-time or part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with Clinicians & Healthcare professionals in a premier retail store.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and answering queries
- Conducting Assistive Technology equipment trials with clinicians.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new product releases
- Ensuring the retail space is well-presented, organised and stocked at all times
- Contributing to team objectives and participating in store meetings and training sessions
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer-facing retail role, with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base
- The drive to continually learn about new products and services
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and alone contributing to the overall success of the store
- Previous experience in the Health/Aged Care sectors will be highly regarded
