Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Support Consultant to join their
Healthcare team in Brisbane. This is an office-based role with a
face-to-face component- youll be the go-to person for their showroom,
helping customers, supporting external sales reps, and ensuring a
seamless sales process. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute
to a dedicated team, providing essential equipment and solutions to the
healthcare sector.
As a Sales Support Consultant, you will work closely with an external
sales rep, assisting with 90-day visit plans, follow-ups, and customer
calls, and delivering outstanding service to clients. This position
reports directly to the Team Leader and plays a vital role in
maintaining strong client connections within the Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities
Implement visit plans, coordinate appointments, and follow up on all
customer interactions.
Serve as the primary internal contact, manage inquiries, and
communicate promotions across accounts.
Offer product expertise and solutions, handle trial bookings, and
ensure thorough follow-up on all customer interactions (full
training provided)
Be the first point of contact for clients visiting the
showroomproviding product advice, equipment demonstrations, and
top-tier service. (full training provided)
Work within a team of 3 support staff, alongside 6 external sales
reps, contributing to a supportive and knowledgeable environment.
Attend trade shows, customer education sessions, and company events
to engage with healthcare professionals and support sales reps.
Essential Experience Required
Face-to-Face Confidence: Comfortable engaging with customers in
person, running showroom interactions, and attending industry
events.
Sales & Customer-Focused: 4+ years experience in sales,
relationship management, or customer support, with a strong ability
to close sales and manage pipelines.
Organised & Proactive: Must be fast-paced, detail-oriented, and
excellent at time management to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent Communicator: Strong phone and interpersonal skills, able
to build relationships, follow up effectively, and be solutions
focused.
Compliance Ready: Ability to be able to obtain a Police Check, NDIS
Worker Screening Check, and have a valid drivers license.
