Express Portables is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience managing paid digital channels (search, social, programmatic, display) with particular expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
You will control digital platforms and paid marketing strategies to drive traffic and enhance customer engagement across various digital channels.
This role is perfect for a data-driven, innovative, and results-oriented leader with a passion for delivering high-impact digital marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for driving ROI on digital advertising campaigns , enhancing the online customer journey, and maintaining an effective digital presence .

About the Role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, overseeing and optimising digital platforms to enhance customer engagement, streamline automation and drive business growth through a Shopify platform.
DIGITAL STRATEGY
- Optimise website and content for SEO, including keyword research
- Collaborate with our Web Developer to enhance UX and conversion rates
- Maintain and update the website in line with campaigns and product launches
- Use analytics tools to track performance and growth
UX/UI & Customer Experience Enhancement
- Lead UX/UI optimisation efforts , ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across digital platforms
- Work closely with our Web Developer to enhance website functionality and mobile experience
SEO
- Own the SEO strategy , optimising content, website structure, and search performance to drive organic growth
- Stay ahead of SEO best practices and ensure technical SEO improvements are consistently implemented
LEADERSHIP
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, including a Web Developer and Social Media Coordinator , fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Work cross-functionally with the Express team including Sales, Design, Directors and our various Tradesmen to ensure alignment and seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years in digital, performance and growth marketing
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong experience managing paid digital channels (search, social, programmatic, display)
- Solid knowledge of CMS , website management, and SEO best practices
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and advanced analytics software
- Proven success in running digital campaigns and driving measurable growth
- Hands-on with website management , A/B testing, and data-driven strategies
- Advanced understanding of SEO best practices, web performance optimisation, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proven team leadership experience , mentoring and developing a high-performing marketing team
BONUS EXPERIENCE
Shopify web development including:
- UX/UI with coding experience
- Managing content structure and navigation
- Figma, CSS, Javascript, HTML etc
