About the Role
As a Property Manager at Kindred, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of residential properties, ensuring every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and seamless.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and owners, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
