We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience in the delivery of high-quality, professional executive services.
Highly developed leadership skills and demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing and coordinating an administrative support team, in an environment of competing priorities and needs with limited resources.
Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills, including the ability to prepare and write high level Ministerial and other sensitive or confidential correspondence.
Proven success in the development and implementation of practical, efficient and effective governance arrangements in respect to a range of professional executive functions.
Demonstrated highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute towards strategic planning and the provision of policy advice.

The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required.
Whilst not mandatory, qualifications in administration or business-related disciplines would be well regarded.
