Overview
Are you a QLD based Clinical Manager looking for a new challenge or experienced Registered Nurse looking to expand your career?
MBC Nursing are a leading specialist nursing agency who provide exceptional healthcare services. Our new Clinical Manager will report to our Director and be responsible for developing and growing our QLD business operations. Your key focus will be using your initiative, experience and creativity to expand our operations using a business development mindset.
You will work closely with the existing team members and play a key role in developing relationships with clinicians, careers, clients and their families, as well as support staff and community leaders.

- Provide leadership to the nursing team members
- Provide holistic and comprehensive management of client care plans by formulating and maintaining a person-centred approach for clients by collaborating with client’s families, friends and social supports
- Oversee recruitment, inductions and training of high-quality care workers including provision of education and support to care staff
- Conduct Health assessments, case conferences and regular follow-ups with clients to evaluate progress, promote continuity of care and ensure improved health outcomes
- Maintain a multidisciplinary approach with clients to maintain GP and allied health involvement to assist with client care
- Oversee, provide and coordinate clinical care in collaboration with clients and other providers to ensure client needs are met
- Coordinate Registered Nurse services
- Manage wound care supplies, clinical resources and PPE
- Assist with screening of new clients and linking clients to programs and services
- Maintaining regulatory compliance across all clinical areas
- Retain existing and win new business by conducting business development activities
- Perform Administrative duties such as records management, policy and procedure development, incident and corrective action reporting, and reviewing systems and procedures
- Identify and explore opportunities for business growth within the healthcare, aged care, and NDIS sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Assist in tender applications and proposals for new business contracts.
- Work closely with management to align business development initiatives with organisational goals
- Tertiary qualification in nursing and status as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (RN)
- Qualification or experience in Case Management
