About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and high performing admin superstar to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an office-based position in Moorina (10 mins from Morayfield), working 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday.
You will be an indispensable part of our team. While you will have your own responsibilities, much of your role will be assisting other members of the team in successfully delivering an exceptional experience to both our domestic and commercial clients.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Scheduling of both responsive maintenance & project work (volume varies, but at times can be very busy!)
- Taking incoming customer calls
- Making outgoing calls to customers and suppliers
- Managing multiple email mailbox’s
- Setting up of new jobs into our electronic job management system
- Working closely with the trade team to assist in getting jobs through to completion
- Assisting with the preparation of client invoices
- Preparation of council forms and QBCC insurance policies
- Assisting our estimating team as required
- P/A work as required
About You
To be considered for this position, experience with scheduling and administration in the trade/construction industry will be advantageous.

You will have competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

You will be able to work autonomously on a variety of tasks and projects, effectively managing completion timelines whilst staying flexible enough to deal with urgent situations as required.
