Its mission making pragmatic, cost-effective legal services available to men and fathers at turning points in the lives of them and their families.
Our primary focus is on assisting fathers to continue to be available and involved in the lives of their children after family law events.

About the role
You will be a valued member of a team of family lawyers assisting predominantly men with family law and domestic violence matters.
As a true 'not-for-profit' law firm performance metrics are highly realistic and allow for a pragmatic approach to client files, work life balance and professional development. You will receive broad exposure to technical family law matters, trials and applications.

This position is an on-site role and requires attendance at the office - subject to the firm's practical approach to work balance and Fair Work requirements. Interstate applications welcome with our national footprint you can also keep your job with us and continue to grow with us if you move.
The office is located on the Pacific Highway with plenty of on-site parking available.
Skills and experience
Accredited Specialists or practitioners preparing for accredited specialization would be well suited for this role, with the firm offering generous support for practitioners undergoing assessment.
Strong experience and technical experience in family law is preferred. This role will provide excellent family law experience with as much work readily available as the practitioner is seeking to meet their career and performance goals.
The role will involve supervision and mentoring of junior legal staff and the firm has a focus on internal CPD and skills development which the successful applicant will contribute to and benefit from.
