Description:
We are a small, privately run Family Office seeking a self-motivated Office Assistant to support our Operations Officer in the day-to-day administration of our group.
This part-time role (12 hours per week) offers flexibility in working days and structure that suits your schedule. There is potential for increased hours as the role evolves or during peak periods and leave cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks
- Processing payments and data entry
- Assisting with monthly reporting
- Providing backup support for our bookkeeper
- Ordering office supplies
- Running errands
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Skills & Attributes:
- Experience with MYOB (an advantage)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Willingness to develop and grow the role
- Qld Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
