Big Box Cars is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts and Invoicing Assistant to support our busy service department. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service, efficiently handle orders, and ensure customer satisfaction by sourcing both new and second-hand parts at the best prices. You’ll also help manage invoicing, maintain inventory, and contribute to our team's success by maximising sales and fostering smooth interdepartmental relations. If you have a solid understanding of vehicle parts and a passion for great customer service, we’d love to have you on our team!

About the Role:

Process parts, service, and consumable invoices and ensure charges are accurate

Manage parts inventory and ensure the best prices are obtained from suppliers

Provide high-level customer service and support, both internally and externally

Follow-up and resolve customer requests and complaints
-
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and ensure timely processing of requests

Support warehouse stocktake and ensure compliance with inventory guidelines

Assist with purchasing parts, creating purchase orders, and ensuring stock levels are maintained
