Your next role:
- Permanent full time role, managing a 60 bed aged care facility
- Report into an Area Manager and have fantastic support from a Clinical Nurse Manager and two Clinical Nurses
- Manage, inspire and empower staff to excel by providing direction, support and guidance
- Identify areas for continuous improvement, implement innovative new initiatives, embed robust clinical governance strategies, and maintain compliance with aged care legislation
- Ensure the delivery of superb customer service and person centred care by managing feedback and complaints
- Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
- Drive funding, manage costs and maximise resources to achieve financial targets
- Have time to settle into your role with the facility accredited until November 2027
- Develop your skills by adapting to the unique challenges of working in a regional location with Indigenous communities
- Work for a very well-resourced organisation with an excellent clinical structure

- $145k + super + salary packaging + subsidised accommodation + regional allowances + retention bonuses up to $17k
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
- Must have experience in a Clinical Nurse Manager or Facility Manager role within residential aged care
