Description:

Join Colliers as an Assistant Valuer in Canberra, assisting in valuations and analysis within a dynamic team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in performing detailed valuations on various asset classes.
  • Collecting and analyzing sales and leasing evidence.
  • Completing cash flow models and compiling reports.
  • Collaborating with the Valuation and Advisory team.

About You

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Completion or enrollment in a degree qualifying under API accreditation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships at all business levels.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Word skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
