Description:
This Role:
- Be able to answer telephone calls in a clear and professional manner and direct the call to the appropriate department
- Responsible for the overall running of Reception Duties
- Administration of Sales and Leasing campaigns including Appraisals, Uploading to CRM and organising photography, plans and materials
- Welcome and attend to visitors at Reception
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining the kitchen and boardroom area
- Uploading internet ads, making brochures and organise display area
Whilst experience in the property or real estate industry is favourable, it is not essential, however experience in general reception / administration experience is desirable.
Excellent communication, customer service and med-high level of computer skills.
