About you:
You’re motivated, passionate, and committed to pursue a rewarding career within the rapidly growing defence industry. You’re punctual, well-presented, reliable and are committed to completing a 4-year apprenticeship. Health and Safety is important to you, you’re a great team player, enjoy problem solving and have a sound level of computer skills, literacy, and numeracy.
About the Role :
This 4-year Apprenticeship offers you nationally accredited training, awarding you upon successful completion, a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication. This program will be delivered through the PEER Group Training Organisation (GTO) in collaboration with TAFE SA, in addition to on site work placements with employers operating at the forefront of the defence industry!
You will be mentored and supported every step of the way. PEER have a dedicated Apprentice and Trainee Supervisor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship. The support does not stop there, when you join the PEER team you will gain access to a team of professionals, as well as support mechanisms provided by Mas National , TAFE SA and our Host Employers,
PEER is committed to supporting you to secure your next role after you have successfully completed your Apprenticeship. 98% of PEER apprentices secure employment in their chosen field at the conclusion of their studies.
