The Role:
Due to the significant growth of the convenience and QSR business, we are expanding our P&C team to support the business achieve its goals. We now have exciting opportunities for People Operations Coordinators to join our People and Culture team at OTR Group. Based at our head office in Adelaide, supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new team members into the HRIS (Dayforce) to managing offboarding processes.
- Four (4) x 12-month Fixed Term contract opportunities
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include creating contracts and letters, maintaining accurate employee records, and performing timely data entry. This role involves day-to-day HR system administration and processing employee updates to ensure data is current, compliant, and aligned with policies.
Your will:
- Manage HRIS data, including onboarding, organisational updates, and position management.
- Administer contract variations, role changes, and employee offboarding processes.
- Maintain oversight of HRIS workflows to ensure timely approvals and actions.
- Respond to and resolve Team Member queries efficiently and professionally.
- Support People and Culture operations, including document preparation and records management.
About you:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g.Dayforce).
- Experienced in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Background in People and Culture administration, including contract development and employee correspondence.
