About The Role
The Operations Coordinator will work with the Operations Manager and across the Asset and Facility Services team to not only support ongoing operations, but also key customer service initiatives, and the ongoing training and development of Asset Officers. The Operations Coordinator will contribute to, and support, the Digital Transformation and Customer Service initiatives, including performance monitoring and reporting. The Operations Coordinator assists the Operations Manager in the creation and delivery of important site engagement initiatives, partnership presentations and site visits, along with providing support to the Asset Officers in reducing the escalation of issues by sites.
Qualifications
Essential: Nil.
Desirable: Relevant appropriate tertiary qualification or extensive knowledge and experience in facilities and asset management /maintenance fields.
Knowledge of procurement and tendering of construction projects and detailed knowledge of related government policy and agency procedures and practices including the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangements (AGFMA).
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
