- Developing engineering expertise in the second year with mentorship.

Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate to Mulwala and Benalla with support provided.
- A degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Desire to work in a diverse team towards common goals.
- Leadership experience from employment or extracurricular activities.
- Practical problem-solving skills.
- Australian Citizenship for security clearance.
