A highly capable training and compliance specialist is needed to oversee and implement training programs within our clients 3rd Party Logistics function. The successful candidate will drive high levels of compliance and quality across the business' training function.

Description
- Coordinate and manage training programs across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and review training effectiveness and propose improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent training standards
- Maintain updated records of training activities
- Provide timely reports on training and compliance activities
- Manage training budgets and resources
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and compliance
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong background in occupational training and assessment, particularly in servicing heavy industry
- Minimum of Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Proficiency in risk management and compliance regulations
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills
