Description:
- Coordinate and manage training programs across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and review training effectiveness and propose improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent training standards
- Maintain updated records of training activities
- Provide timely reports on training and compliance activities
- Manage training budgets and resources
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and compliance
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong background in occupational training and assessment, particularly in servicing heavy industry
- Minimum of Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Proficiency in risk management and compliance regulations
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills
