An opportunity exists for a Certified Practicing Valuer to consolidate and build on our presence in Perth , with both metro and regional opportunities available.
Key tasks of the role include:
- Undertaking valuations for mortgage security.
- Undertaking valuations for corporate and private clients.
- Promoting our services to a network of professionals and building a regional client base.
- Ensuring high quality and clear standards when undertaking valuations.
- Liaising with the administration team for operational efficiencies.
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of clients and their specific needs.
- Developing and maintaining effective communication with relevant parties.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- Tertiary qualification in property related field, qualified as Certified Practising Valuer.
- Licensed Land Valuer in the state of Western Australia or the ability to obtain license.
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience undertaking residential mortgage security valuations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality reports within client time frames.
- Independent thinker with sound decision making skills.
- Local knowledge is preferred but full training provided to the successful applicant.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service ethic.
