The Position
- Assisting the Head of Department with the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
- Portfolio of Industrial / Office Properties, with long-standing owners and established tenants.
- Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
- Carrying out inspections, marketing, and listing of all new properties.
- Invoicing and budgeting for the portfolio.
- Reporting and managing of all contracts and renewals.
- Full training, support, and development to progress into managing your own small portfolio when ready.
The Criteria
- Ideally, at least 2 + years of "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" experience - either working in Residential or Commercial.
- Current Real Estate Registration.
- You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills. (extensive knowledge in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel)
- Experience with Cirrus8 HIGHLY Advantageous.
