About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Retail Property Manager to support a Senior Retail Property Manager. With a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining high standards across our premium retail portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Retail Property Manager with the day-to-day management of retail properties.
• Provide exceptional support in leasing, financial management, and tenant relationships.
• Handle maintenance and operational issues, ensuring properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the development of strategies for tenant retention and portfolio growth.
• Prepare and review reports, budgets, and financial documents.
• Assist in the execution of lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience supporting a Senior Retail Property Manager or similar role in the retail property sector.
• Strong understanding of retail property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
