- Manage and Maintain Property Portfolio – Oversee a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meet client expectations.
- Tenant Relations and Lease Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants, addressing inquiries, managing lease agreements, and handling renewals, negotiations, and disputes.
- Financial Management – Prepare and manage property budgets, track income and expenses, and ensure timely collection of rents and payments. Provide financial reporting to clients and ensure profitability.
- Property Inspections and Maintenance Coordination – Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Compliance and Risk Management – Ensure properties are compliant with local laws, health and safety regulations, and building codes. Address any potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Experience as a Commercial Property Manager or Assistant with a passion for managing diverse portfolios.
- Proactive and solution-driven, with strong communication and organisational skills.
