WOW Recruitment is seeking an Administration Officer to join an expanding family-run business based in Sydney’s Inner West.
You will provide vital support to the office and sales manager, ensuring seamless coordination of internal processes and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an office all-rounder with excellent attention to detail and a passion for customer service who is looking to expand their career with a dynamic business with an excellent reputation in the industry.
What you'll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls and managing an email inbox responding to customer queries.
- Processing, receiving, and tracking sales orders as required.
- Generating sales quotes accurately and promptly.
- Data entry of customer information into the internal database.
- Content creation for social media – Twitter & LinkedIn.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office environment.
- Assisting with weekly accounts receivables and payments due.
- General office admin duties; photocopying, scanning, ordering supplies and sundries as required.
- Providing operational and admin support to the wider team as required.
What do you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Excellent people skills and professional demeanour.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient with Xero or MYOB.
- Ability to work with a small team.
- Team player.
