The Opportunity

As a Sales Manager , you will play a strategic and innovative role in delivering exceptional results for our clients across Metro, Regional, and Digital platforms at Seven Network.

Based in Bundaberg, this senior role offers the chance to work alongside passionate professionals, iconic household names, and experience the excitement of Australia’s leading news, sport, and entertainment shows. Reporting to the Queensland Regional Sales Manager. You’ll be:

  • Develop and implement insight-driven business plans to maximize revenue across all platforms.
  • Build and foster strong client relationships, creating detailed engagement plans for top clients.
  • Lead strategy execution, ensuring best-in-market performance and consistent growth in our NPS position.
  • Drive premium opportunities across all Seven Network screens to meet revenue and share targets.
  • Collaborate with group leaders to enhance their knowledge and skills through Network L&D programs, with a focus on convergent thinking and premium opportunities.

About You

You will be a dynamic and results-driven leader with exceptional commercial acumen and a passion for delivering value to clients. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in building cohesive, high-performing sales teams. You also have:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Ability to manage a high workloads and commitment to drive results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to make a strong impact and influence stakeholders.
  • Previous media sales or agency experience; digital background preferred.
  • The ability to understand and draft contractual and regulatory documentation.
