• Integrate Salesforce with other applications and collaboration tools.
• Undertake work in Lightning UI, Communities, Knowledge, Reporting, and Dashboards.
• Utilize Source Control tools (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub) within a Salesforce context.
• Develop using Visualforce, Apex Lightning Components, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Support work with Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, Illuminated Cloud, Jenkins, and Agile development tool sets.

1. Salesforce Development : 3 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development, including Configuration and Customization, particularly in:
   • Community Cloud/Experience Cloud
   • LWC (Lightning Web Component) framework development
   • Apex Development
   • CI/CD and Solution Design
2. Certifications : Salesforce certifications in:
   • Administrator
   • App Builder
   • Platform Developer 1
3. Technical Knowledge : Proven expertise in:
   • Modern JavaScript and Lightning Web Components
   • Aura framework for developing Lightning components
   • Digital assets, including interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups
   • Salesforce platform features such as record ownership, sharing rules, and CRUD/FLS
4. Collaboration : Ability to establish a collaborative working culture within the project team and with external delivery teams and stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder Management : Experience in building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages clearly to senior stakeholders.
6. Complex Delivery : Experience working on complex business requirements in a Salesforce environment, and collaborating with UX and Design teams.

1. Accessibility : Enthusiasm for accessible design and development.
2. Advanced Certifications : Platform Developer 2 certification and advanced administrator certification.
3. Vlocity Integration : Experience with Vlocity Integration procedures, integrations using APIs, and Auth Providers.
4. Salesforce Clouds : Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
