To be considered, you will have:
- A minimum of a completed Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards it)
- Prior experience in long day-care as a Lead Educator
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Knowledge about Child Protection and the 11 Child safe standards
- Current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC for VIC state)
- Be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia.

- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children’s learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
About the Centre:
Tarneit Grand Central is a BRAND-NEW centre in Guardian opening soon on 2 Gunter Drive. A Brand-new place and with a brand-new team – with a range of exciting, resource-rich environments, the new Tarneit centre has access to easy parking and public transport.
