Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for our client in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
We are seeking an AP Officer to join our clients finance team. As an AP Officer, you will be calculating and processing end to end accounts payable, performing reconciliations, processing invoices, taking payments.
This is a temporary full time opportunity so If you are immediately available and are ready to join a motivated and supportive finance team with a fantastic culture… then this role is for you!

- Processing invoices
- Managing the AP inbox
- Assist with ad hoc admin
Profile
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience processing high volume AP
- A self-motivated and hard working individual
