Robert Half have partnered with a leading retail company in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We are actively seeking an immediately available Accounts Payable Officer to join our client on a permanent basis reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager and working within an experience and busy environment you'll contribute to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of our client.
This 5-days on-site role offering up to $80,000 + Super!
This role is perfect for an Accounts Payable Officer with immediate availability; however notice will be considered for exceptional candidates. Background in medium to large organizations, and a proven ability to handle high-volume processing and end to end duties will be highly regarded.
The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working with a professional and dedicated finance team your duties will include:
- High volume invoice processing
- Payment runs
- Reconciliations
- Purchase order matching
- Assisting with audit
- Assist with month end
- Ad-hoc tasks when required
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a high-volume setting
- Experience with manual and automated processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills
- Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
