About the role:
This exciting role involves working in a mobile, integrated team, focusing on delivering intensive, hands-on support to families. You’ll help ensure at-risk children stay at home, avoiding entry or re-entry into care. Through your contributions, you will play a key role in providing vital, wraparound services that are seamlessly connected to the existing child and family services network.
With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and evidence-based practice, The Response offers an extraordinary opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families. Your work will directly contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of best practices in Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) across the state.
As part of this cohesive and passionate team, you'll have the chance to work alongside experts and deliver critical support to families, ensuring a brighter future for children and young people. Join us in our mission to break the cycle and create a lasting impact on Victorian communities.
This is a 2x Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Bendigo within our Family Preservation & Reunification program. The position reports to the FPR Practice Leader.
