Description
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of pend-to-end Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a high volume environment. Additionally, they will be tech savvy, with the ability to learn and pick up new software's. Most importantly, they will be driven, eager to learn, and bring a fun, energetic personality to the team
